Terms of Service.

The rules for using pulkit.me and booking a one-on-one session.

1. About these terms

pulkit.me is operated by Pulkit Kaushik (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. The sessions

• Sessions are private, one-on-one video calls with Pulkit Kaushik over Google Meet, lasting 60, 90 or 120 minutes as chosen at booking.
• They offer personal perspective and guidance on relationships, dating and personal growth.
• A session is not legal advice, therapy, counselling or medical care, and doesn’t create a lawyer-client or therapist-client relationship. For legal matters, consult a lawyer who can act for you. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services right away.
• You’re responsible for the decisions you make after a session.
• You must be 18 or older to book.

3. Booking and payment

• Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Any other currency shown on the booking page is an estimate only.
• Your chosen time is held for a few minutes while you check out, and confirmed once payment succeeds. You then receive a confirmation email and a Google Calendar invite with the Meet link.
• If your chosen time is taken before your payment clears, we’ll contact you to arrange another time.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

• To reschedule or cancel, email Mail@Pulkit.Me at least 24 hours before your session starts.
• Refund requests are handled individually by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
• If we ever have to cancel, we’ll contact you to arrange a new time.

5. During the session

• Join from a quiet, private place with a working camera and microphone. Time lost to a late start on your side can’t be added at the end.
• Please don’t record the session without Pulkit’s written consent.
• We may end a session early if a participant is abusive or threatening.

6. Site content

Articles, videos, photographs (including the Meghalaya gallery), logos and the XX and XY name belong to Pulkit Kaushik unless stated otherwise. You’re welcome to share links to them. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.

7. Liability

The site and sessions are provided in good faith, “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a session is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes and contact
