1. Who we are
pulkit.me is run by Pulkit Kaushik, creator of XX and XY, from India. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Pulkit Kaushik. For anything about your data, email Mail@Pulkit.Me.
2. What we collect

| You pay | Payments are handled by Stripe (cards) or PayPal. We see that a payment succeeded, its amount and the limited details they share with us. We never see or store your full card number. |
| You use the contact form | Name, email, topic and your message. |
| You review a session | Your first name, rating and review text. |
| You browse the site | Standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the site or campaign that referred you. |
We don’t ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive details such as health records or identity documents through the site.
3. How we use it
- To run your booking: reserve your time, take payment, create the calendar invite and Google Meet link, and send your confirmation, receipt and any rescheduling messages.
- To reply to you when you write to us.
- To keep the records tax and accounting law require.
- To understand and improve the site using aggregated visitor statistics.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site work, and only what each needs:
- Google Calendar and Meet: once your booking is confirmed, an event is created on Pulkit’s own Google Calendar with your name, email and phone number, and you’re added as a guest so you receive the invite and Meet link. You don’t sign in to Google on this site, and we never access your calendar.
- Stripe and PayPal, to take your payment securely.
- Bluehost hosts the site and its database, and Google (Gmail) delivers our booking and contact emails.
- Analytics: WordPress.com (Jetpack) statistics and Google Analytics receive the technical data described in section 5.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside India. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.
5. Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies hold your chosen session time while you check out. Booking doesn’t work without them.
- Attribution cookies (names starting with
sbjs_) record which site or campaign brought you here, so we know which videos and posts lead to bookings. - Analytics (Jetpack Stats and Google Analytics) count visits and popular pages.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed to book a session.
6. How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Contact-form messages: until the conversation is resolved, then deleted periodically.
- Analytics data: according to each analytics provider’s retention settings.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct anything that’s wrong or out of date,
- delete your data, except what we must keep by law,
- withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Email Mail@Pulkit.Me with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local regulator.
8. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Only Pulkit’s account can access booking data, and payments go directly to Stripe or PayPal. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
9. Children
Sessions and this site are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Changes and contact
