My friend pointed this out a few minutes back. touch.facebook.com is apparently not working. When you use your iPhone or iPod touch or even your computer to access the mobile site based for touch screen devices fails to load and the user is subsequently greeted with the following message:

Invalid URL

The requested URL “/?w2m”, is invalid.

The reason as to why the touch version of the Facebook is not working is still of course unknown since this error crept up only a little while ago.

The problem is that people who use the touch version of the site to interact now cannot switch over to the normal Facebook as the Facebook redirects the user towards the mobile touch based  site. No option is also available to switch over to normal Facebook as the site fails to load. Though users can still log into lite.facebook.com for interacting from any device.

Users who try to log in to Facebook touch through their computers are greeted by a slightly different message
